Mission Statement

We are “in business” to provide nutrient dense fermented foods to our patrons, filling the gap between a diet of all raw foods and a diet that makes use of cooked foods. We want to add the life force to the foods we eat by adding a compliment of live cultures in  forms that are digestable for all people. Live culture fermented foods are an attempt to replace some of the enzymes, and micro-organism that produce them in our bodies, which are lost in the process of digesting cooked foods. Every metabolic process that takes place in our bodies requires enzymes. They are responsible for our vitality as living things. All of our products are made without the use of artificial preservatives,  added colors, flavors, textural agents, or other artificial addatives. We keep our ingredient lists as short as possible, and totally understandable.

    Your bean dips are amazing! I’ve tried several flavors and LOVE them. They have a delicious “zingy” flavor that just hits the spot. We eat the bean dip cold with nacho chips and it’s a great snack or meal on the run. We’ve eaten this instead of supper when we’re on the go on short on time. My kids love it and I feel healthy eating it! Can’t wait to get some more.
